Seeking The Best For Our Veterans

Veterans Law Attorneys in Nashville, TN

If you are a veteran or surviving spouse, you may qualify to receive VA Aid & Attendance or Housebound benefits. These enhanced pension benefits are available to veterans who meet certain income and asset limits and have medical problems that interfere with activities of daily living or that require oversight or custodial care. Barbara Moss is certified by the VA to provide guidance for you or your family.

Should I Apply for Veterans Benefits?

Effective October 18, 2019, Congress created a look back period, so that a veteran who gives away assets might have to wait 3 years to apply. We can help with that. The benefits for VA Aid and Attendance are substantial and are tax free. Combined with Social Security payments, these benefits can make all the difference for a veteran or their surviving spouse who needs to pay for home care, independent living, assisted living, or nursing home care.

We particularly love helping our veterans. If you are a military veteran of any of the United States armed services, we are thankful for your service.
