Holistic Practice & Advocacy

Life Care Planning Attorneys in Nashville

Life care planning is a holistic law practice that offers legal services, care coordination and advocacy services to help elderly clients and their families navigate the health care and long-term care maze. If you are interested in maintaining the same standard of living as you age, and in having expert guidance about income, housing and healthcare, life care planning is for you.

Why Life Care Planning?

Our founder, Barbara Moss, spent many years as a trial lawyer. She discovered that ordinary people can’t afford to have a law firm on retainer. We give you that plus a social worker or other healthcare professional to manage the care of you or your loved one.

Just think about all the laws that apply mainly to seniors—Medicare, Medicaid (TennCare), Social Security, Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits, conservatorships, etc. Wouldn’t you like to know that you have a law firm standing by to help you with the questions, the paperwork, and the appeals?

Then there are all the problems that come up for seniors that they haven’t even imagined. What if mom or dad has a chronic condition, a fall, a stroke, or develops dementia? We all wish we could lie down with our spouse at the time of our choosing and peacefully go to sleep, but life just doesn’t seem to unfold like that. So when the inevitable happens, what then?

How can we help?
