Janel Heflin, the Care Coordinator at Elder Law of Nashville, has a degree in social work and started out as a case manager in South Carolina, traveling throughout the state to ensure that elderly and disabled residents received appropriate support so that they could stay at home.
Twenty years ago, Janel moved to the Nashville area. Informed by her deep background in social work and her passion to understand the needs of seniors, she transitioned into admissions and marketing roles at long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. In these roles, she helped families navigate the healthcare system, understand insurance policies, and find appropriate placement for their loved ones.
Janel is a dedicated advocate for appropriate care for elderly or disabled family members. She loves her work providing care management, advocacy, guidance, education, and support for the clients of Elder Law of Nashville.
