Julie Ehrlich, BS, CMC | Care Coordinator
Julie Ehrlich’s passion for elder care was sparked by her Great-Aunt Elizabeth, who became a nurse in 1924, served as a Navy Nurse, and later opened her own nursing home. That legacy of compassion and dedication has guided Julie throughout her career — and it shows in the way she treats every client and family she serves.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology and began her career as a Social Services Director in a skilled nursing facility before transitioning into geriatric care management. She has held her Certified Care Manager (CMC) credential through the Aging Life Care Association since 2012 — a nationally recognized standard for professionals who guide families through the complexities of aging care. She joined the Elder Law of Nashville team in February 2025.
Julie is a natural fit for our life care planning model, bringing decades of hands-on experience that helps families move from uncertainty to a clear, supported path forward. Since 2012, she has also facilitated Dementia Caregiver Support Groups at local assisted living communities in partnership with the Tennessee Alzheimer’s Association.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband David, their daughters Genevieve and Kirsten, and their two dogs.

I cannot imagine speaking any higher of a law Co. If in need of help due to a medical issue. I strongly recommend Elder Care and want to thank again Adam, Julie and Stephanie for all they did and am confident they will be there again for my family if needed.
