Barbara Moss has been practicing law in Nashville for more than 30 years. She started out as a trial lawyer and now focuses her practice on elder law, conservatorships, probate, estate planning, Medicare and Medicaid.

Consultation

We answer questions about your concerns and identify your loved one’s position on the Elder Care Continuum. We identify gaps in care, explain your options, and paint a vision for a clear plan forward.

Coordination

We coordinate a meeting with your loved one and their new elder care coordinator while creating and coordinating a life care plan that fits your needs now and in the future.
